High-class championship course kept in impeccable condition
Located close to Kuala Lumpur airport in a beautiful landscaped setting full of flowers and shrubs, Kota Seriemas Golf & Country Club is a high-class championship golf course where no stone has been left unturned in the pursuit of perfection. Impeccable conditioning, lightning fast greens, sculpted bunkers and numerous water hazards combine to offer a stiff test sure to live long in the memory.
It's a course of differing halves, with the front nine relatively flat and open, although a number of deep bunkers and a couple of greens that back onto water mean you can't get complacent. The back nine moves into the hillier terrain, with plenty of elevation changes and numerous water hazards. The last of the par 3s, the 16th, is the standout, a lake running from tee to green and three deep bunkers offering little room for error.
Located at the end of a tree-lined driveway, the impressive clubhouse is designed in the colonial style. It's a high-class affair, with spacious and luxurious changing facilities and a restaurant that provides views across the course. The newly opened driving range adds to the resort feel of the course, but give it a few more years to mature and for the trees to grow and Kota Seriesmas Golf & Country Club will have a shot at laying claim to being one of the best courses in the area.

The layout of the course is really good. Ample parking, clean clubhouse and well-stocked shop. Generally quite well managed throughout. Greens seem to be at different speeds, however.Course Info
